Nature
It is nice to capture nature in art, because of its organic shapes, but that's exactly what makes it so difficult. You want to make it look as natural as possible. If eventually you manage to make it look like every little stripe or brushstroke is exactly in the right place, it does feel good. That is not always the case, I've still got a lot to learn. But with this palmtree for example, of which it has been that long ago that I don't even remember when I drew it, it looks like I've pulled it right out of the hat. With every stripe in the right place.
